"The Olive Tree in the Wind" is a work of art that transports the viewer to a world where nature and abstraction meet.
The strength and delicacy of the wind that sweeps the branches of a majestic olive tree, the elaborate textures, all this gives life to each leaf and branch, creating a feeling of perpetual movement. The shades of green, brown and white blend subtly, evoking both the vigor of the tree and the softness of the wind.
The use of Tadelakt, an ancestral Moroccan technique, gives the work a unique depth and luminosity. The powdered marble and mineral pigments, carefully applied and polished for hours, offer a smooth and shiny surface, almost tactile, that one wants to caress like real marble.
"The Olive Tree in the Wind" is more than a simple representation of a tree; it is an invitation to feel nature in all its splendor and fragility. This work is a testament to Poupée's exceptional talent in capturing the very essence of the Mediterranean landscape and translating it into an unforgettable visual and sensory experience.
